Digital Experience Manager
Own Timefold’s digital presence end-to-end: website, social, and pipeline impact. Elevate performance, collaborate globally, grow into a marketing expert.
This is Timefold -We’re building the future of intelligent planning—join us on the journey.
We are an AI planning optimization platform built on powerful, field-proven open-source solver technology. Simply put: we enable software builders to tackle some of the world's most complex, high-impact operational planning problems. From optimizing vehicle routing and employee scheduling to streamlining maintenance planning and field service logistics, our tech delivers massive economic value where it matters most.
We are on a relentless mission to free the world from wasteful scheduling! Founded in 2023, we represent the exciting next chapter of OptaPlanner—the legendary, field-proven open-source project that laid the foundation for everything we build today.
Today, we are a technically sharp, deeply passionate team of over 40 people. While our headquarters are nestled in the iconic Wintercircus building in Ghent, Belgium, we operate as a remote-first team with vibrant hubs across Belgium, the Czech Republic, Brazil and the US.
We're hiring a Digital Experience Manager (Ghent) for our website and social Media. These are the first real touchpoints for the developers and technical buyers who discover Timefold, and the thing that turns that curiosity into pipeline.
About the role
We're looking for a Digital Experience Manager to own that engine end-to-end — plus our social presence — and make both work harder every single month.
This is a hands-on role, built for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow into a genuine digital marketing expert: website operations, conversion rate optimization, social media, and performance reporting, all under one roof.
What the role looks like day-to-day
Own our Website — Our most important commercial asset
You'll be the operational owner of timefold.ai: content, publishing, CMS management, uptime, forms, tracking, and release quality — as a continuous priority, not something you get to when there's time. When something breaks, you're the first line of defence. When a conversion path underperforms, that's pipeline walking away, and it's yours to fix.
Monitor and maintain website uptime, forms, tracking, analytics, and integrations as a continuous priority — not a reactive one
Act as the first line of defence for website issues: identify, triage, and coordinate fixes with developers with urgency
Ensure landing pages, conversion paths, and calls to action are always functioning, tested, and optimised — a broken or underperforming conversion path directly costs pipeline
Maintain content accuracy and consistency across all pages — messaging that is stale or misaligned with our positioning undermines trust with a technically sophisticated buyer
Apply and maintain SEO best practices across content and site structure — organic discovery is one of our key acquisition channels and must be actively managed, not set-and-forget
Own website documentation and operational processes so the site can be maintained with speed and consistency as the team grows
Proactively surface website performance insights — traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, form submissions — and bring recommendations, not just data.
Own the intake and prioritisation of all incoming website requests — evaluate each against business impact, pipeline contribution, and alignment with our GTM priorities before committing to timelines
Maintain a live website roadmap that reflects what is being worked on, what is next, and what is intentionally deprioritised — and communicate it proactively to marketing and GTM leadership so there are no surprises
Coordinate external developers, designers, and content contributors with the rigour of a project manager: clear briefs, defined deliverables, agreed timelines, and accountability checkpoints built in from the start
Track dependencies across workstreams — campaign launches, product releases, messaging updates — and flag conflicts or risks before they become blockers
Own the end-to-end delivery of campaign landing pages and website enhancements: from brief to live, on time and to standard
Apply quality assurance before anything goes live — no page, form, or integration ships without being tested
Hold external contributors to the same quality bar as internal work — a vendor delivering below standard is this role's problem to resolve, not to accept
Ensure that urgent commercial needs — a campaign going live, a key landing page for a deal in motion — are never delayed by process gaps or unclear ownership
Our Monthly Newsletter
You'll own the monthly newsletter end-to-end — published across HubSpot, our website, and LinkedIn.
Receiving and editing the input, formatting it correctly, checking that all links work, and sending it out on schedule.
Tracking and optimizing open and click rates, and running initiatives to grow the subscriber list.
Own our Social Media presence
You'll run the day-to-day of Timefold's social media — content calendar, scheduling, publishing, and engagement — hands-on, on the page, rather than briefing someone else for every post. You'll track what's working, grow our reach, and keep our voice consistent across channels.
Own and maintain the social media content calendar by scheduling and publishing content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source content and campaign assets and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social channels
Monitor engagement, comments, and conversations across channel and track and report on social media performance and audience growth and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and content effectiveness
Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
You'll build a genuine testing culture: running A/B tests, digging into funnels and behavioral analytics (heatmaps, session recordings), and partnering with designers and developers to turn insight into real improvements in conversion.
Data Behind Every Decision
You'll build and maintain the reporting that gives Marketing and GTM leadership real visibility — traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline attribution — and you won't just hand over numbers, you'll bring recommendations.
You'll be a fit if
Start-up energy doesn't scare you — it motivates you.
You have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, website management, or a related role.
Have Experience managing social media channels for a B2B company.
Are familiar with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar.
You're experienced with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing reporting tools.
Have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.
Have an excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail.
Are comfortable with data and performance metrics — and the curiosity to dig into why the numbers look the way they do.
Are proactive and have an eager-to-learn mindset — this role is built to grow with you.
Nice to have
Experience running A/B tests or other conversion optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar behavioral analytics tools.
An understanding of SEO best practices.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website development workflows.
Experience working with developers, designers, or agencies.
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
