Role Overview
As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the voice that brings our vision to life. You won’t just write messaging, you’ll help companies understand a new way of thinking about operations. You’ll translate powerful optimization technology into value stories that help teams run better, faster, and smarter.
You’ll play a critical role in changing the way organizations plan, make decisions, and execute at scale. Your work will directly impact industries that power the world, logistics, manufacturing, energy, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Enterprise Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, enterprise-ready messaging that clearly articulates Timefold’s value proposition for technical buyers, operations executives, and procurement stakeholders.
- Drive GTM Execution: Own product and feature launches with cross-functional partners, aligning closely with product and sales to drive adoption across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Support the Sales Cycle: Build enterprise-grade collateral - ROI calculators, pitch decks, objection handlers, webinars, demo videos, battlecards,... that enable sales to close deals with confidence.
- Influence Product Roadmap: Conduct customer interviews, gather competitive intelligence, and synthesize market trends to help inform product strategy.
- Develop Thought Leadership & Content: Collaborate on whitepapers, solution briefs, and industry-focused content to strengthen our presence in logistics, manufacturing, and workforce management verticals.
- Amplify Marketing: You’ll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, including growth, content and DevRel to ensure unified messaging, impactful launches, and seamless execution across all channels and audiences.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3–5+ years in B2B product marketing - with at least 2 years focused on enterprise software or platforms targeting operations, logistics, manufacturing, or AI planning.
- Strong grasp of technical audiences and complex software products - you can translate a constraint solver or optimization engine into language that resonates with an enterprise stakeholder.
- A track record of supporting enterprise GTM efforts, including launching features, enabling sales, and collaborating on ABM or outbound campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for structured, persuasive storytelling.
- Experience in or exposure to open-source-to-commercial transitions is a plus.
- Builder Mentality: They're energized by the challenge of building PMM function from the ground up: processes, tools, messaging frameworks, and campaigns.
