About the role

We’re looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Engineer, reporting to our Head of Marketing,  to run data-driven experiments, optimize the full GTM funnel, and ensure our marketing stack and data flows are seamlessly integrated with AI-driven customer journeys. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and can move from idea to execution with minimal oversight.

What You'll own

Growth Experiments

• Launch and scale paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting platforms
• Own landing page experiments, including form design, CRO, and A/B testing using tools like CraftCMS and HubSpot
• Develop and test new demand-generation formats 
• Take the lead in our SEO and GEO strategy

GTM Data Infrastructure

• Build and maintain event-based data flows across the website, CRM, and analytics tools
• Ensure attribution and lead scoring reflect actual user behavior across the funnel
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to connect data across systems

AI-Integrated Growth Loops

• Deploy AI-powered personalization and content experiences
• Build smart lead routing logic based on enrichment and behavioral triggers
• Prototype and launch interactive tools that support buyer self-qualification or solution discovery

Reporting and Feedback Loops

• Own dashboards tracking campaign performance, funnel metrics, and experiment outcomes
• Lead weekly marketing reviews with actionable insights
• Translate learnings into prioritized experiments and data improvements

You might be a Fit if You Have

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations
• Strong proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Webflow, HubSpot, Dealfront, etc.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and integrations is a strong plus
• Background in B2B SaaS, logistics, workforce tech, or infrastructure is a bonus
• Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and thrive in a startup
